We were engaged in developing the brand strategy, visual identity and app prototype, as well as mapping the user experience and usability of the product.

Streamlining the user's journey involved a thorough problem definition and understanding, leading to the elimination of redundant steps and a stronger product core. This approach prioritised user needs by merging design and usability. The team enhanced the project iteratively, taking one step at a time to provide an optimal solution aligning with the client's expectations and the needs of their customers.
